Grown in the renowned Danbi Udo area of Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, this exceptional coffee showcases the vibrant character and complexity that have made Guji coffees celebrated worldwide. Cultivated at elevations ranging from 1,950 to 2,200 meters above sea level, the coffee benefits from rich volcanic soils, ideal climate conditions, and generations of farming expertise.

In the cup, bright tropical fruit notes lead the experience, followed by delicate aromas of honeysuckle and lavender. A lively citrus acidity adds clarity and vibrancy, while a refined black tea finish provides elegance and lasting sweetness.

Produced by Hailu Abebe, the Danbi Udo Wet Mill, and a network of dedicated smallholder farmers, this lot is processed using the traditional Natural method, enhancing fruit-forward flavors and creating a beautifully expressive cup.
