The first sip opens with a bright yet gentle acidity reminiscent of red apple and ripe apricot. This is followed by a smooth, natural sweetness of honey, caramel, and brown sugar, perfectly balanced by the honey process.

A round, silky body coats the palate, leading into a long, elegant finish with notes of cocoa and almond.

The acidity is clear but never sharp, and the harmony between sweetness and body gives this coffee a refined, well-structured character.
