This organic specialty coffee comes from the highlands of Matagalpa, Nicaragua, produced by UCCEI Cooperative. Grown at elevations of 1,100–1,350 meters, the region’s volcanic soils, consistent rainfall, and cool temperatures create ideal conditions for coffees known for clarity, balance, and natural sweetness.
Carefully hand-picked cherries are fully washed and patio-dried, resulting in a clean, structured cup that highlights the classic profile of high-grown Nicaraguan coffee. This lot offers excellent consistency and versatility, making it well suited for both single-origin offerings and dependable daily roasts.
