Grown in the highlands of Cubulco, Baja Verapaz, this community lot represents the traditional character of Guatemalan coffee. Produced by a network of dedicated smallholder farmers at elevations between 1,600 and 1,800 meters, this coffee benefits from rich volcanic soils, cool mountain temperatures, and generations of coffee-growing expertise.
The lot is carefully assembled from several farms, including Las Anonas, Las Naranjas, La Esperanza, Grano de Oro, and Finca Las Piedras, creating a consistent and approachable cup profile year after year.
