From the highlands of Chelbesa, Gedeb in Ethiopia’s renowned Yirgacheffe region, this 2026 Grade 1 coffee is grown at elevations of 1,950–2,200 meters and carefully processed at the Chelbesa Washing Station.

The classic washed process highlights the clarity and elegance that Yirgacheffe is famous for. In the cup, expect a fragrant floral aroma followed by apricot, honey, lemon, and pomegranate, with a delicate tea-like body and a bright, clean finish.

High elevation and careful processing give this coffee exceptional sweetness and definition without the heavier fermented character sometimes found in natural Ethiopian coffees.
