Ever wondered what your own coffee blend would taste like?

Now you can create one.

Choose your favorite coffees from our collection, decide the blend ratio, and give your creation a name. We’ll blend the green coffee beans according to your recipe and roast your custom blend fresh after you order.

CREATE YOUR BLEND

Choose any of our currently available coffees, excluding Moon Selection coffees.

Create your own recipe using two or more coffees and choose the percentage of each. Your blend must total 100%.

For example:

Brazil Cerrado 50%

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 30%

Sumatra Mandheling 20%

Then give your creation a name.

Example: “My Weekend Blend”

3. Percentage of Each Coffee

Your custom blend cannot be prepared without this information.

HOW YOUR COFFEE IS ROASTED

This is a true pre-roast blend.

We combine your selected green coffee beans first and roast them together as one batch. We do not roast each coffee separately and mix them afterward.

Because coffees from different origins can have different bean sizes, densities, moisture levels, varieties, and processing methods, they naturally develop at slightly different rates during roasting.

For this reason, some variation in roast color and development is normal in a custom blend.

That’s part of what makes every blend unique.

Coffee Selection: Any available coffee except Moon Selection and GEISHA.

Minimum: Two different coffees

Blend Ratio: Your choice — must total 100%

Blend Name: Your choice

Roasting: Green beans blended first and roasted together

Separate Roasting / Post-Roast Blending: Not available
